He has been part of the Carnival family since 2010 and has served as an entertainment director aboard several ships since 2018. Lee Mason, from Cumbria, England, is currently serving as cruise director on Carnival Celebration‘s sister ship Mardi Gras, and has been cruise director on several Carnival ships over the past six years. We have had dinner at Cucina del Capitanto several times on previous Carnival ships, so we stopped in for Lunch one day during our cruise. Debuting from the redesigned Terminal F at PortMiami, Carnival Celebration will join the Port Canaveral-based Mardi Gras as the second Carnival ship powered by LNG. Carnival Celebration is scheduled to be named Nov. 20 before beginning year-round, seven-day Caribbean sailings Nov. 21.

Most evenings, you could watch live music shows in six other venues throughout the ship. Our cruise visited three ports in the Western Caribbean, Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Mahogany Bay. We had never eaten here before on any of the other Carnival ships, so we wanted to try some things.
